Shipping, Returns and Compliance Information
All orders are processed within 3 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with shipping information and your package's tracking number.
Shipping
We offer shipping to Belgium and France. Other destinations within the European Union will be available soon. We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure fast and secure delivery of your orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track the delivery status online. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated after shipment.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We accept returns within 14days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with original tags and packaging. If these conditions are met, we will refund the full amount of your order, excluding return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@dautitech.be. Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item so we can process your request quickly and find an appropriate solution.
