Shipping, Returns, and Compliance Information

All orders are processed within 3 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification informing you of the shipment, along with your package's tracking number.

Shipping

We currently deliver to Belgium and France. We plan to extend our delivery zone to other European Union countries soon, to better meet your needs. We make every effort to guarantee fast and efficient service, with delivery options tailored to your expectations.

Delivery

Delivery costs vary depending on your location and the weight of your order. These costs will be clearly indicated before the final validation of your order. We strive to offer competitive rates and flexible delivery options.

For now, we offer delivery options to Belgium and France. In the near future, we plan to add other destinations within the European Union. We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure fast and secure delivery of your orders.

Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery between 5 and 7 business days. This is the most economical option.
  • Express Delivery: Delivery in 2 to 3 business days for a higher fee.
  • Pickup at a Relay Point: If you are in Belgium or France, you can choose to pick up your order at a local relay point, subject to availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track the delivery status online. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with the original tag and packaging. If these conditions are met, we will refund the full amount of your order, excluding return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@dautitech.be. Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item so we can process your request quickly and find an appropriate solution.
