How to Redeem a PlayStation Store (PSN) Gift Card

Got a PSN card from DautiTech to top up your wallet, buy a game, or extend PlayStation Plus? Redeeming the code takes less than a minute once you know where to look. Here's the full walkthrough.

1. Make sure you have the right region

PSN cards are region-locked: a card bought for the Belgian (EUR) store won't work on a UK, US, or French account created in a different region. Before redeeming, check that the card's region matches your PlayStation account's region — this is the single most common reason a code fails.

2. Redeem on your PS5 or PS4 console

1. From the home screen, go to your profile icon in the top-left corner.
2. Select Redeem Codes (on PS5) or go to Settings > Account Management > Redeem Codes (on PS4).
3. Enter the 12-character code exactly as printed, then confirm.
4. The balance is added to your wallet instantly and is ready to spend in the PlayStation Store.

3. Redeem from a browser or the PlayStation App

No console handy? You can also redeem a code at PlayStation Store > your profile > Redeem Codes on playstation.com, or from the PlayStation App on your phone under PS Store > Redeem Codes. The balance appears on every device signed in to the same account.

4. If the code doesn't work
