Delivery, Returns and Compliance Information

All orders are processed within 3-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification informing you of the shipment and your package's tracking number.

We currently deliver to Belgium and France. We plan to expand our delivery area to other European Union countries in the near future to better meet your needs. We strive to guarantee a fast and efficient service, with delivery options tailored to your needs.

Delivery

Delivery fees vary depending on your location and the weight of your order. These fees will be clearly displayed before your final order confirmation. We strive to offer competitive rates and flexible delivery options.

Currently, we offer delivery options to Belgium and France. We plan to add additional destinations within the European Union in the near future. We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure fast and secure shipping of your orders.

Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time between 5 and 7 business days. This option is the most economical.
  • Express Delivery: Delivery in 2 to 3 business days for a higher rate.
  • Collection at a Relay Point: If you are in Belgium or France, you can choose to collect your order from a local relay point, subject to availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track the delivery status online. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking to be updated after shipment.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with the original tags and packaging. If these conditions are met, we will refund the full amount of your order, excluding return shipping costs.
