Shipping Information, Delivery & Tracking

All orders are processed within 3 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to Belgium and France. We plan to expand delivery to other European Union countries soon, so we can better serve our customers. We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure your orders arrive quickly and safely.

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5 to 7 business days. Our most economical option.
• Express Shipping: Delivery in 2 to 3 business days for a higher rate.
• Pickup Point: If you're in Belgium or France, you can choose to collect your order from a local pickup point, subject to availability.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary depending on your location and the weight of your order. Fees are clearly shown before you complete checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery online. Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking information to update.
