Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All orders are processed within 3 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with the original tags and packaging. If these conditions are met, we will refund the full amount of your order, excluding return shipping costs.

Your Legal Right of Withdrawal (EU)

As an EU consumer, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and the Belgian Code of Economic Law. This legal right is separate from, and does not limit, our more generous 30-day return window above. To exercise it, simply contact us at info@dautitech.be with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. If approved, we will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us right away at info@dautitech.be. Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item so we can process your request quickly and find an appropriate solution.
