Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All orders are processed within 3 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with the original tags and packaging. If these conditions are met, we will refund the full amount of your order, excluding return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us right away at info@dautitech.be. Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item so we can process your request quickly and find an appropriate solution.
